Ingredients:

Cake Mix (Gluten Free) 1000 gms
Eggs 600gms
Oil 50 gm
Water 200 gm
Process:

Step 1 : Mix water, eggs and Gluten free mix for two min on slow speed with whisk blade Scrape
Step 2 : Mix again for 5 mins in medium speed Scrape
Step 3 : Add oil and mix for 1 min on slow speed. Bake at 180°c for 25 to 30 mins
Step 4 : Bake at 180°c for 25 to 30 mins
Step 5 : Gluten free sponge cake is ready.
